Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed BSE
that the Company has received from Ministry of Commerce
& Industry for Secretariat for Industrial Assistance,
Acknowledgement Card for the proposed Item for
Manufacturing Cotton Spinning & Weaving of Manufacture,
Falling under NIC-Broad Description 2354 Composite
Cotton Mills (Spinning, Weaving and Processing) of
proposed capacity 24,000 Mt. Ton at Nardhana Industrial
Area, Dhule, Maharashtra.
Further the Company came to know from
the Syndicate Bank, Indore that the Syndicate Bank
higher Authority has decided to reduce 1.5% Interest on
the Company. Borrowing Company will save approximately
Rs 2.50 million per annum as their Letter dated April
04, 2006. |
