Vertex Spinning Limited is engaged in
manufacturing of Acrylic Yarn and Acrylic Blanket. The
Company is started Mega expansion of Rs. 512.00 Crores
of Cotton Spinning, obtained 100 Acers land from M.I.D.C.
at Nardhana, Dist. Dhule for its Mega Project of
1,60,000 spindles. Speedy Construction is going on the
site at Dhule. Production commence in the month of
March, 2007.
During the end of March, 2006 Company
jumped by 49% from Rs. 34.91 Crores to Rs. 51.96 Crores.
The Profit after Tax was Rs. 2.14 Crores 31.43 Lacs in
the previous year resulting in an increase of 669%. The
company has also declare 10% Dividend for the year ended
March 2006.
In the first quarter of 2006-2007 the
company earned a gross revenue of Rs. 19.41 Crores as
compared to Rs. 8.94 Crores in the first quarter of the
previous year, registering a growth of 117% Profit after
Tax for the quarter was 1.71 Crores as compared to 0.09
Crores of the previous year. In the second quarter of
2006-2007 the company earned a gross revenue of Rs.
20.07 Crores as compared to Rs. 9.02 Crores in the
second quarter of the previous year, registering a
growth of 123% Profit after Tax for the quarter was 1.79
Crores as compared to 0.08 Crores of the previous year.
After the completion of Cotton
Spinning Project the Company is expected to earn gross
revenue of Rs. 227.32 Crores and a profit after tax
amounting Rs. 51.11 Crores.
