The weaving of 100% acrylic yarn is
carried out on special type of weaving machines Installed in
a face to face orientation. The Machine
are called Double Rachel Weaving Machine, which perform a
dual weaving action, wherein polyester and polyester cotton
blend is used to prepare a ground, usually double layered.
Then through a special mechanism the acrylic yarn is woven
into a "Pile" between two ground layers, To mark
batches cones of dyed Polyester Yarn introduced in the creel
to obtain a coloured line. The woven
fabric which is a dense pile enveloped between a double
ground layer is then rolled into beams and the rolled fabric
is sent to a cutting machine which snears on the fabric
through the pile into two parts consisting of a ground and
half of the original pile. |
