The finished blanket fabric is cut into
individual blankets of standard sizes and stacked for
hemming. Thin flat tape of woven polyester cloth is stitched
along the edges of each blanket. The double ply blanket is
also interlocked. Hemming, interlocking and stitching are
carried out on heavy-duty sewing machines. The blankets are
then folded and packed in PVC bags or decorative cartons,
which are then packed in master cartons for shipment.
