The manufacturing process involves
blending acrylic fibers, part of it broken from endless
lengths and part of it cut from very long fiber. The process
of separating and breaking is achieved on breaking,
re-breaking and cutting machines.
Subsequently the fibers are then processed through a series
of mixing gills and gill boxes so as to paralyze the fibers,
after which the yarn is spun in the desired counts and of
desired fineness. The final product is
spun onto autoconers which automatically splices, joins and
winds the yarn onto cones which are then used for blankets
weaving process. |
