The company was incorporated on 12th
September 1994, as a Private Limited Company named Vertex
Machineries Pvt. Limited vide Certificate number 10-08605.
Subsequently the status of the Company has been changed
widely held Public Limited Company. The name of the Company
has been changed to Vertex Technosoft Limited and now the
Company is Vertex Spinning Limited with its registered
office in Mumbai.
